How is a 'field worker' counted?

A field worker is any person whose attendance, tasks, or harvest output is tracked in the system. Office-only users (managers, payroll staff) do not count toward the limit.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from the account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can export all records at any time before the retention period ends.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount on the Starter and Professional plans. Contact us for enterprise annual pricing.

What kind of support do I get?

Starter includes email support with 48-hour response. Professional gets priority support with 4-hour SLA. Enterprise includes a dedicated account manager and on-site training.
